As Consortium chefs we travel around New York state and share our love of local food and farm fresh cooking.
Over the years Chefs’ Consortium has worked with some pretty amazing local food advocates, farms and organizations. While we collectively draw upon the talents of our members to provide our organization with the best internal team possible, we examine how our organization fits into the bigger picture of the communities we are involved with - from an external viewpoint. In the true spirit of a Consortium, every cooking demonstration and community event that we participate in, or organize, is in partnership with other like-minded people, farms and organizations. Creating partnerships with other non-profits and local-food focused entities allows us to collectively leverage our missions, talents, and public visibility.
