Potluck Brunch at Jimmy’s #43

Join us on March 19 for a potluck brunch of exotic dishes created with locally sourced ingredients by local chefs. What makes this event a potluck? The chefs will be planning their own menu items featuring local ingredients, but their final dishes will remain a mystery until weeks before the event when they finally make up their minds about what to prepare. But even as the chefs deliberate, we can count on chef Jesse Jones serving his notorious fried chicken and waffles, while Noah Sheetz and Classie Parker will team up to create local ricotta fritters with Classie’s famous local fruit preserves.

The chef line-up will include:

Michael Lapi, Chefs’ Consortium, SUNY Cobleskill
Noah Sheetz, Chefs’ Consortium, Office of Children and Family Services
Grant Springer Chefs’ Consortium, Good Shepherd Services
Jesse Jones, Chefs’ Consortium, private chef
Classie Parker, Chefs’ Consortium, NYC canning expert

The event will be available all day (walk-around, buffet style – market menu will be announced closer to event; dishes will be available duirng the day while the chefs’ provisions last). Ticket includes food only, with beverages available for additional purchase. All sales are final.

Each ticket is $25. When you buy tickets through the Consortium website, we will send confirmation of your payment and reservation by email. Tickets may be purchased the night of the event at the door by either cash or credit card.
