2016 Culinary Extravaganza

Indulge yourself in delectable culinary delights prepared by local and alumni chefs with the help of SUNY Cobleskill students at the fourth Annual 2016 Culinary Extravaganza on Friday, October 21, 6 to 9 pm at the SUNY Cobleskill Bouck Hall Ballroom. Consortium chefs Michael Lapi, Josh Coletto and Noah Sheetz will be on hand to prepare innovative cuisine with local ingredients. For $50.00 per person, enjoy a night of local wine and beer tastings, and exquisite culinary delights featuring appetizers, entrees, and desserts, all prepared with local ingredients.
