Originally from Texas, Chef Noah Sheetz graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. As founding member of the Chefs Consortium, Noah hosts many farm-to-table events in the Hudson Valley and Capital District.

    When I was growing up (Brooklyn – 65th Street Between 10th & 11th Avenue) my Grandmother would make this for us! Brings back many happy memories!
