On Saturday September 16, 2017, enjoy a warm summer evening with delicious farm-to-table cocktail party fare prepared with local ingredients from New York City’s urban farmers and local food producers. Appetizers, salads, hors d’ oeuvres, desserts and drinks will be crafted from ingredients sourced from New York City’s finest growers, food artisans, and beverage producers.
Guests will enjoy the opportunity to interact with Bed-Stuy and Brooklyn’s up and coming local chefs and culinary makers, while mingling in one of Brooklyn’s most scenic gardens – the Bed-Stuy Farm. The Pop-up will also feature a live acoustic guitar performance by Greg Stare and New York artist Chip Fasciana will be curating a show of exceptional artists and makers. The Organic Food Incubator will be one of the many food producers whose products will be featured by our all star chefs.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to New York City’s youth and agriculture programs in an effort to support our next generation of local urban farmers.
