Chef Noah Sheetz will share a variety of wild foods including purslane, wild chives, dandelion greens and flowers, burdock root, Japanese knotweed and many others, while showing how these foods can be cooked, preserved and dried. Learn how to supplement your diet with the wild plants growing in your neighborhood.
