Michael Lapi will be presenting two full days of butchery, spring foraging, and essential cooking skills, such as making fresh local egg pasta. This two day event will bring attendees to a working sheep farm and a local vegetable producer to meet some of the folks who make local food possible. Then to the kitchen, we will use the harvest to create conversation and a unique, unparalleled food experience that will culminate with a five course meal for twelve guests. Join chef Lapi on May 19th and 20th to explore our local bounty. Call 518-225-5528 to register. The cost is $385 per person. Class size is limited to 12.
